Zoe is originally from Houston, TX, where her background in volleyball and experience as an athletic training student sparked a lasting passion for fitness, movement, and helping others reach their goals. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2025.
Zoe’s clinical interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and performance optimization. She is currently completing a residency with the Institute for Athlete Regeneration, where she is further developing her expertise in advanced manual therapy and clinical reasoning. She is also certified in Level 1 Pelvic Health, allowing her to provide care for a broader range of patients.
Her treatment approach emphasizes individualized care, combining hands-on techniques with functional movement to help patients regain confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Zoe enjoys paddleboarding, traveling, crafting, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
